On September 6, 2025, TeraBridges 18603 attended the official kickoff for the new FTC season! This year’s game is called DECODE™, presented by RTX, and it’s all about exploring artifacts, uncovering mysteries, and bringing archaeology to life through robotics.
We watched the game reveal as a team and got our first look at the brand-new field setup. Right away, our team started coming up with ideas for a robot that would be able to handle all the different scoring opportunities. There are so many creative possibilities this year, from how robots will move the game pieces to how teams can earn endgame points, especially with the new ranking point system. After the reveal, we dove into the Game Manual and started brainstorming strategies.
Kickoff is always one of our favorite days of the year because it’s the start of a brand-new adventure. We love the energy, the big ideas, and the chance to dream about what’s possible before the build season really gets going.
We’re so excited to begin the DECODE season and can’t wait to share our journey as we design, build, and compete!
